Job summary

OneOncology is seeking a Sr. Manager, Project Management to lead enterprise-wide finance initiatives, align delivery with department objectives, and drive governance and execution excellence.

You will manage high-impact ERP upgrades, financial system implementations, and process transformations, partnering with Finance, Accounting, IT, Operations and senior leadership to translate complex changes into clear plans and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• 7-10 years of progressive project management experience, with significant exposure to finance or accounting environments.
• At least 3 years in formal leadership role managing Project Managers or cross-functional finance teams.
• PMP certification preferred; additional certifications (e.g., PMI-ACP, PgMP, CPA, or CMA) are a plus.
• Experience leading high-profile finance system implementations (ERP, EPM, financial reporting platforms) or large-scale process improvement projects.
• Proven success building and maturing PMO functions within a finance or corporate services environment.

Responsibilities

• Leadership & Oversight: Work as the Finance PMO resource, ensuring alignment with organizational and departmental goals.
• Project Portfolio Management: Manage large-scale finance projects from initiation through completion; maintain portfolio roadmap and dashboards.
• Governance & Methodology: Implement Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid methods; drive PMO maturity and governance for finance.
• Collaboration & Communication: Liaise with senior leadership; provide status updates and cross-functional coordination.
• Strategic Leadership: Contribute to the Finance division's strategic plan and transformation roadmap.
