Job summary

OneOncology, LLC is seeking a Sr. Manager, Project Management to lead strategic finance initiatives, oversee a Finance PMO, and drive enterprise-wide project delivery.

You will coordinate with Finance, Accounting, IT, and Operations to execute system upgrades, process transformations, and governance improvements. The role requires 7–10 years of project management experience with finance exposure, PMP preferred, and a track record building PMO capabilities in corporate services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• 7–10 years of progressive project management experience, with exposure to finance or accounting environments.
• 3+ years in a formal leadership role managing Project Managers or cross-functional finance teams.
• PMP certification preferred; PMI-ACP, PgMP, CPA, CMA are a plus.
• Experience leading finance system implementations (ERP/EPM) or large-scale process improvement projects.
• Proven success building and maturing PMO functions in finance or corporate services.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Finance PMO resource, aligning with organizational and departmental goals.
• Oversee enterprise-wide finance initiatives and portfolio prioritization with Finance leadership.
• Implement and evolve Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies for finance initiatives.
• Drive PMO maturity and performance metrics within Finance.
• Coordinate with Finance, Accounting, IT, Operations and cross-functional teams to deliver projects.
• Translate finance process changes into clear project plans and stakeholder communications.
• Support development of the Finance division's strategic plan and multi-year transformation roadmap.
• Lead change management and governance initiatives to improve processes and documentation.
