Dover Corporation's Dover Imaging & Identification (DII) unit is seeking a Financial Planning Manager - Americas to lead data-driven planning and revenue forecasting across the region. This remote role can sit anywhere in the United States.

You will apply advanced analytics, collaborate with finance and business users, and train the organization on data quality and model transparency to improve financial outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven success in a financial planning role.
• BA in finance, business management or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of statistical and mathematical concepts used in forecasting.
• Experience with SAP BW/COPA/SD, Power BI and Onestream is a plus.
• Programming knowledge in Python is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive finance planning processes using predictive analytics and models.
• Work with stakeholders to translate business needs into data-driven solutions.
• Maintain revenue forecast hierarchies and system submissions.
• Develop dashboards and reports to improve decision making.
• Collaborate with ML scientists to improve model performance and explainability.
• Communicate insights clearly to senior management and finance teams.
