Job summary

Dover Imaging & Identification (DII) in the United States is seeking a Director, Financial Planning & Analysis to partner with executive leadership and drive long-term value creation. You will lead forecasting, AOP, and long-range planning while collaborating with Product, Commercial, Accounting, Controllership, ERP, Dover Digital and Dover Corporate to strengthen visibility.

You will oversee company-wide budgeting, performance management and strategic initiatives, translating business strategy

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related discipline.
• 12+ years of progressive finance leadership experience in a global setting.
• Experience with FP&A, forecasting, AOP and strategic planning.
• Experience with software/industrial tech or manufacturing is a plus.
• Experience with M&A activities and financial due diligence is preferred.
• Proficiency with NetSuite and OneStream is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead company-wide forecasting, budgeting and performance management.
• Deliver analysis of revenue, margins, expenses, EBITDA and cash flow.
• Partner with Commercial, Product, Operations, and Engineering leaders.
• Develop forward-looking insights and scenarios for decision making.
• Drive KPI development, variance analysis and performance reviews.
• Coordinate cross-functional reviews and align resources with strategy.
