Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join the BU Finance team for the ADC vertical. This role partners with Controllers and leadership to forecast OpEx/CapEx, manage headcount planning, and deliver precise financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in finance, accounting or related field.
• 2+ years of progressive finance experience, preferably in FP&A.
• Strong OpEx planning, forecasting, and variance analysis skills.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle or other large ERP systems; advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support OpEx and CapEx planning and forecasting with detailed analyses.
• Partner with HR on headcount forecasting and salary tracking.
• Assist monthly/quarterly close and prepare OpEx summaries and variance analyses.
• Deliver clear reporting packages to finance and leadership.
• Conduct ad hoc financial analyses and scenario modeling as needed.
