Glovis America, Inc. is seeking a Finance Supervisor for AHQ in Irvine, CA. The role focuses on financial analysis, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for AHQ subsidiaries.

You will help validate new business plans and M&A, building robust financial models and improving internal controls. The position requires 5–8 years in Accounting/Finance, a Bachelor's degree, and strong Excel skills. Travel up to 20% is expected; bilingual Korean skills are a plus and CPA/CFA candidacy is

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5–8 years of direct experience in Accounting/Finance.
• CPA or CFA candidate is a plus but not required.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Korean bilingual skills.

Responsibilities

• Support financial reporting and its processes of subsidiary companies under AHQ under direction of supervisor.
• Develop and optimize templates and channels for reporting and monitoring requirements.
• Prepare monthly AHQ business performance reports including financial results, key metrics, and variance analysis.
• Analyze financial performance, identify trends and variances, and present insights to senior management.
• Support annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with corporate goals.
• Support month-end close for subsidiaries as needed.
• Develop and maintain financial models for planning, scenario analysis and business cases.
