Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in an Accounting or Finance position.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to travel 10-20% of the time; Travel may include B&B offices and events.

Responsibilities

• Prepares financial statements, budgets, forecasts and reports for corporate.
• Coordinates and directs budget preparation and forecast reporting.
• Analyzes financial details to identify opportunities and improvements.
• Reviews monthly activity for data integrity and accuracy.
• Partners with FP&A and Senior Partners in planning and strategy.
• Leads finance team mentoring and development.
