Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Financial Analyst to partner with the D&A go-live team for the P58 migration. You will provide actuals analysis, assist pricing updates, and manage backlog and reconciliations during and after the go-live.

Strong Excel skills and finance experience are essential for successful month-end activities and cross-functional support. The role requires 2+ years in finance, a BS/BA in Finance or Accounting, and comfort with dashboards and digital tools to improve

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Finance or Accounting or related area required.
• 2+ years of progressive experience with finance and accounting concepts.
• Prior commercial support experience in project business and order-to-cash concepts is a plus.
• High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Finance Partner for the P58 go-live transition for D&A.
• Provide financial analysis for actuals during migration to P58.
• Support pricing administration updates during migration to P58.
• Manage equipment backlog during and after go-live.
• Engage in month-end closing activities post go-live.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve A/R disputes post go-live.
• Manage inventory reserves and unbilled A/R reconciliation throughout migration.
• Help resolve operational issues with pricing, quotes desk, logistics, sales, and accounting teams.
• Be involved in P58 scoping and migration activities.
