• 7–10+ years of progressive accounting/finance operations experience.
• Hands-on NetSuite administration experience.
• Experience building scalable P2P, procurement, and ERP processes in a growing company.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end P2P cycle: requisitions, PO issuance, invoice matching and payments.
• Reconcile AR monthly with vendor accounts and ensure timely invoicing in NetSuite.
• Lead NetSuite administration, roles, workflows, and integrations with other systems.
• Support SOX readiness and internal control documentation.
• Collaborate with lab operations, R&D and clinical teams on spend management.
• Assist CFO/Controller with ad hoc financial analysis and cost optimization.
