You will present financial results to operations leaders and collaborate with HR and supply chain teams on coding, labor reporting, and cost control.

The role demands strong Excel/Sheets skills, SAP know-how, and the ability to drive improvements in processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of finance/accounting experience required.
• Logistics/Contract Logistics experience is a plus but not required.
• Advanced financial modeling, budgeting and forecasting skills.
• Expert Excel and Google Sheets proficiency.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP) is helpful.
• Strong understanding of P&L, Balance Sheet and accruals.

Responsibilities

• Complete month-end closings for assigned locations with accruals and journal entries.
• Prepare and present financial results to operations and leadership.
• Lead invoicing cycles and budgeting processes with customers.
• Review monthly expenses and prepare reclassifications.
• Coordinate with HR for proper financial coding of employees.
• Prepare monthly invoices and supporting documentation.
• Develop internal budgets, forecasts and flash reports.
• Produce and analyze labor productivity metrics.
• Review AP invoices for payment processing.
