Dexian seeks a motivated Business Manager to support a high-performing financial advisory team in Morganton. This full-time, on-site role focuses on back-office operations, client onboarding, and asset transfers within broker/dealer and RIA environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration or related field.
• Experience or strong interest in broker/dealer or RIA environments.
• Familiarity with movement of securities and assets.
• Knowledge of account opening procedures for brokerage and advisory platforms.
• High attention to detail and strong data entry skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
• Proactive problem-solving skills with a growth mindset.
• Interest in obtaining a Series 7 license.
• Ability to work on-site five days a week at Morganton office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate operational workflows for brokerage and advisory accounts.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations.
• Manage the secure and accurate transfer of assets and securities.
• Handle account paperwork, including new account setup and asset transfers.
• Identify and resolve operational discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Perform precise data entry and maintain accurate client records.
• Facilitate new client onboarding from start to finish.
• Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory developments.
• Collaborate with internal teams and support key relationships and workflows.
• Demonstrate leadership and ownership over operational processes.
