Job summary

Nike in Beaverton, Oregon is seeking an Analyst, Finance Operations Technology Enablement to translate business challenges into technology-enabled solutions that improve operational performance across Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash and Record-to-Report.

You will partner with process owners, Nike Technology, SAP Security, Finance Transformation, MSP/BPO partners and internal control teams to support technology enablement and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in finance operations, technology enablement, or related areas.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Data, Analytics or related field.
• Working knowledge of enterprise finance systems such as SAP, Coupa, BlackLine, HighRadius, automation platforms or related finance technology solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate business process needs into clear requirements, test scenarios, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Define business requirements and evaluate practical solution options.
• Triage issues and escalate for finance tools, SAP access/authorization issues, automation failures, reporting gaps.
• Monitor technology implementations and upgrades to ensure alignment with business requirements.
• Support readiness for new tools, enhancements, and adoption activities.
• Identify opportunities for automation, continuous improvement, and cost reduction.
• Define requirements and validate outputs for data enablement and scale with Technology or product teams.
