Nike is seeking a detail-focused Finance Operations professional to join the Governance team in Beaverton, OR. You will partner with Finance Operations leaders and cross-functional partners to drive financial stewardship, vendor governance, and operational excellence across Nike.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field; will accept any suitable combination
• 3+ years of experience in Financial Analysis, Financial Planning, Accounting, Vendor Management, or Operational Finance
• Strong financial management, forecasting, reporting, and analytical skills
• Ability to interpret contracts, commercial agreements, and financial schedules
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience developing dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and control mindset
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with reporting and analytics tools
• Curiosity, learning agility, and a continuous improvement mindset

Responsibilities

• Support Finance Operations governance activities ensuring strong financial controls, vendor accountability, operational performance, and transparency across the organization
• Partner across functions to deliver results in key areas including vendor governance, contract management, and commercial schedule administration
• Governance, spend management, and financial oversight
• Monthly invoice review, reconciliation, accruals, and financial controls
• Annual operating planning, forecasting, and ad hoc financial analysis
• Headcount governance, workforce reporting, and capacity tracking
• KPI development, SLA monitoring, scorecards, and performance reporting
• Monthly and quarterly business reviews, executive reporting, and governance forums
• Governance dashboards, reporting automation, and data management
• Stakeholder surveys, insights analysis, and service performance measurement
• Risk identification, issue escalation, root-cause analysis, and corrective action tracking
