TRG is seeking a Journeyman Business and Financial Operations Specialist Group 2 to support DHS ICE financial operations and business processes. Location: ICE Office of Financial Management headquarters, Washington, DC.

Remote work requires prior government approval; this is not a guaranteed remote position. Primary duties include coordinating inputs from customers and process-owners, tracking responses, updating service-level agreements, preparing operational reports and year-end coordination

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
• US citizenship and ability to obtain ICE approval required.
• Residence in the United States for the past three years required.
• Experience with cost accounting, financial analysis, or process improvement is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate inputs from customers and process owners, track responses, and maintain action items.
• Support service-level agreement updates and routing of financial forms for review, approval, and signature.
• Prepare operational reports, meeting materials, and fiscal year-end coordination products.
• Maintain procedures, desk guides, process documentation, and SharePoint records.
• Support project plans, configuration/change documentation, training materials, and process improvement activities as assigned.
