Position Highlights The University of Arizona's College of Agriculture, Life and Veterinary Sciences, and Cooperative Extension (ALVSCE) is seeking an Administrative Operations Professional II to join College Business Services (CBS). This full-time position is part of the CALES Business Team 2 and provides financial support to advance the college's teaching, research, and extension mission. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day financial transactions, supporting financial analysis and reporting, ensuring compliance with university policies, and contributing to operational efficiency. ALVSCE is a statewide and global enterprise that includes the College of Agriculture, Life and Environmental Sciences, Cooperative Extension, the Arizona Experiment Station, and numerous research centers and institutes. Through instruction, research, and community engagement, ALVSCE serves all 15 Arizona counties and supports thousands of individuals and organizations each year. College Business Services is dedicated to providing high-quality business and operational support that enables the college's instructional, research, and outreach programs to achieve their goals effectively and efficiently.

In compliance with the Jeanne Clery Campus Safety Act (Clery Act), each year the University of Arizona releases an Annual Security Report (ASR) for each of the University's campuses.Thesereports disclose information including Clery crime statistics for the previous three calendar years and policies, procedures, and programs the University uses to keep students and employees safe, including how to report crimes or other emergencies and resources for crime victims. As a campus with residential housing facilities, the Main Campus ASR also includes a combined Annual Fire Safety report with information on fire statistics and fire safety systems, policies, and procedures.
