Qualifications

• Experience in finance, accounting, or office management within construction or industrial environments.
• Strong invoicing, collections, bookkeeping, and data entry skills.
• Payroll processing experience and knowledge of compliance documentation.
• Familiarity with lien waivers, certified payroll, and union reporting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate books and daily accounting records.
• Process accounts receivable and accounts payable activities.
• Prepare invoices, track collections, and support cash flow.
• Generate monthly financial and profitability reports for leadership.
• Process payroll and maintain union payroll documentation.
• Manage lien waivers and other project-related compliance paperwork.
• Serve as a primary contact for clients on billing and admin matters.
• Oversee day-to-day office operations and improve processes.
