Job summary

The Just Trust is a project of the New Venture Fund. This role focuses on launching the new trust and building its core operations, including establishing grant making priorities and governance frameworks.

You will partner with leadership to design the first-year budget, implement policies and processes, and recruit staff to help realize the organization's mission in public-interest philanthropy.

Responsibilities

• Support the launch of The Just Trust and help shape its operations.
• Develop the organization’s first year of grant making and annual budgeting process.
• Assist in establishing organizational systems, policies, and procedures.
• Support recruiting and hiring of new staff as the program scales.
