Job summary

The Just Trust is a project of the New Venture Fund. This role focuses on launching the new trust and building its core operations, including establishing grant making priorities and governance frameworks.

You will partner with leadership to design the first-year budget, implement policies and processes, and recruit staff to help realize the organization's mission in public-interest philanthropy.

• Assist in establishing organizational systems, policies, and procedures.
• Support recruiting and hiring of new staff as the program scales.

Job description

Support the launch and building of The Just Trust, working closely with the Strategy and Operations lead and the Executive Director to develop the organization’s first year of grant making, annual budgeting process, organizational systems, policies and procedures, and recruiting and hiring new staff.

COMPENSATION

The salary for this role is $120,000-140,000, depending on experience.
