Qualifications

• Proficiency with computers and accounting software used by the department.

Responsibilities

• Manage all accounting functions and establish/maintain procedures.
• Budget monitoring and reporting; advise management on budget status.
• Direct the work of employees including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Maintain records for fixed assets and accounts payable; approve invoices for payment.
• Monitor vehicle maintenance, fleet information, and related expenses.
• Perform payroll audits and manage labor reporting.
• Coordinate with supervisors on licensing, tags, and transportation.
