You will supervise staff and lead cross‑functional teams to ensure financial integrity and sponsor compliance.

The role reports to the HCC Director of Finance and Operations and works with finance teams to align resources with the Center's priorities and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least five years of relevant administrative or financial experience.
• Experience with enterprise financial systems and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and supervision for cross-functional teams.
• Direct post-award grant and contract management.
• Oversee procurement operations and ensure policy compliance.
• Manage Shared Resources program supporting 49 FTEs across seven cores.
• Lead monthly/quarterly financial reporting and analyses for stakeholders.
• Coordinate budgeting, resource planning, and financial controls.
