The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years in accounts payable or finance operations, strong accounting proficiency, and a track record of driving automation and process improvements in high-volume

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in Accounts Payable, operational accounting, or finance operations.
• Experience leading finance transformation initiatives, including process redesign, system implementation, or automation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee AI-driven invoice-to-pay lifecycle improvements and automation initiatives.
• Manage high-volume vendor invoice review, coding, and processing with automated validation tools.
• Direct weekly payment runs via ACH, wire transfers, and checks, balancing cash flow and vendor relations.
• Lead monthly vendor statement reconciliations and resolve discrepancies across accounts.
• Maintain secure financial records, manage 1099 filings, and support audit readiness.
• Serve as senior liaison for vendor inquiries and lead the finance team’s daily work.
