Job summary

Occuspace is seeking a hands-on Director of Finance to build the financial and operational backbone of a hardware-plus-SaaS company. You will own day-to-day accounting and FP&A, partner with the CEO, and design scalable systems while turning data into decisions.

You’ll lead 70% finance, 20% operations, 10% people ops, close books, forecast, and report to the board; manage treasury, payroll, RevOps, and internal controls as the company scales.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in finance and/or accounting with full-cycle ownership.
• Experience in startup/high-growth environments preferred.
• Strong command of SaaS and/or hardware finance, including revenue recognition and unit economics.

Responsibilities

• Own books end to end: GL, monthly close, audit-ready records.
• Lead FP&A: budgeting, forecasting, board/investor reporting, KPIs.
• Oversee payroll, RevOps, systems, vendors, and insurance.
• Manage HR onboarding, benefits, HRIS, headcount and compensation.
• Create reliable data sources for leadership visibility into trends and risks.
