Job summary

Occuspace seeks a hands-on Director of Finance to own the daily financial engine and partner with the CEO and leadership team. You will build scalable systems, manage close processes, and turn data into strategic decisions.

You’ll oversee accounting, FP&A, payroll, and vendor relationships while guiding capital allocation and key performance metrics. This is a high-impact, builder role in a growing hardware-plus-SaaS company.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in finance and/or accounting with hands-on ownership of full-cycle accounting and FP&A.
• Startup or high-growth experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field; CPA/MBA a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own books end to end, maintain GL, monthly close, audit-ready records.
• Manage AR/AP, revenue recognition for hardware and SaaS.
• Oversee treasury, cash, and vendor relationships; payroll and benefits administration.
• Lead budgeting/forecasting, board/investor reporting, and KPI analysis.
• Build scalable finance systems and provide data-driven insights for leadership.
