Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of progressively responsible accounting or nonprofit operations experience.
• Working knowledge of QuickBooks Online is required.
• Experience with HR administration—onboarding, benefits, or payroll support—strongly preferred.
• Experience with HRIS platforms (BambooHR) is a plus.
• Nonprofit setting or grant compliance experience is preferred.
• GAAP knowledge and financial data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Process payroll inputs and ensure correct funding allocations.
• Assist with grant accounting, reporting, and reimbursements.
• Support annual audit activities and financial statement prep.
• Oversee HR onboarding, benefits administration, and personnel files.
• Maintain records retention, compliance, and policy posting.
• Coordinate vendor contracts and IT/facilities relationships.
