Job summary

Accenture seeks a Senior Manager, Operations Client Lead for Finance & Accounting to lead delivery and transformation of Finance operations for major clients. You will guide operating models, expand client relationships, and drive value through AI-enabled solutions while managing multi-year programs and global teams.

You will oversee governance, risk, and performance commitments, while identifying opportunities to broaden Accenture’s role as a strategic partner in Finance reinvention.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Finance and Accounting operations, transformation, or related field.
• At least 5 years in a leadership role.
• 8+ years in core Finance processes: RTR, PTP, OTC.
• Proven experience leading complex, client-facing Finance operations across multiple locations.
• Strong people leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic decision making.
• Experience applying automation, analytics, AI, and digital tools to Finance operations.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with senior client leaders and translate needs into actionable operational solutions.
• Lead delivery across scope, service levels, and budgets; establish governance and continuous improvement.
• Champion automation and AI-enabled transformation to improve productivity and quality.
• Oversee large, multi-year programs with strong risk management and financial controls.
• Develop high-performing, multi-location teams and cultivate inclusive leadership.
• Identify growth opportunities, shape solutions, and contribute to proposals and commercial discussions.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure alignment with client objectives and value delivery.
