Mercedes-Benz Research & Development North America (MBRDNA) is seeking a Finance & Operations Intern to support the Finance team, including the CFO, with data‑driven analysis and strategic initiatives. You will collaborate with Finance Business Partners across MB RDNA on a variety of projects, applying advanced Excel, Power BI, and other tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or in progress in Finance, Business Administration or Accounting.
• Strong analytical thinking with data-driven recommendations.
• Excellent MS Office skills to support reports and presentations.
• Ability to capture and document information for processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial workflow guide across all business units.
• Support Finance Partners on strategic and ad-hoc projects and reports; support digital transformation of Finance.
• Help ensure plausibility of planning/forecasted actuals for business units.
• Develop recommendations to improve efficiency and drive implementation.
