Mission Staffing is seeking a Finance/Operations Associate for a boutique private equity/venture capital fund in NYC. The role sits on a small finance team and will collaborate with the IR and Investment teams to develop business strategy, build processes, and support trading.

You will own a generalist finance/ops seat, work with live trades, and contribute to performance reporting and analytics as the team grows. This fast-paced environment offers growth and visibility in Midtown Manhattan.

Responsibilities

• Own a true generalist finance/ops seat — touching everything from portfolio execution to fund finance, not siloed into one lane
• Work closely with the investment team, with execution tied directly to live trades and front-office requests
• Open to a range of backgrounds — as long as you're eager to learn and pick things up fast
• Help build the systems and data processes the function runs on, with real ownership over how things get designed
• Small, close-knit team with direct access to leadership and real day-to-day visibility
• Scope grows over time — from core execution into performance reporting and broader analytics as the team scales
