Ideal candidates have 7+ years in nonprofit finance and operations, proven budgeting, audits, and grant compliance leadership, and a collaborative, mission-driven leadership style.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of nonprofit finance and operations experience.
• Leadership in budgeting, financial reporting, audits, and grant compliance.
• Experience leading HR and organizational operations.
• Strong financial systems expertise, including QuickBooks and Excel/Google Sheets.
• A collaborative leadership style and passion for mission-driven work.
