Polaris Staffing Group has placed a prominent nonprofit in Greater Boston seeking a Director of Finance to serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership and the Board. You will own budgeting, forecasting, reporting, audit, and investment oversight while also steering people, facilities, tech, and day-to-day systems.

Our client is an an established nonprofit organization in Greater Boston is seeking a Director of Finance to serve as a key leader and strategic partner to senior leadership. This role owns two equally important sides of the house: the organization's finances - budgeting, forecasting, reporting, audit, and investment oversight - and the operational backbone, including people, facilities, tech, and the systems that keep things running day to day. You'll partner closely with the leadership team and Board committees and lead a capable team across both areas.
