Job summary

Financial Plus Credit Union is seeking an Operations Coordinator to provide critical operational support for members and staff. The role covers imaging, ACH, ATM operations, IRA administration, share draft and wire processing, Check 21 handling, Faster Payments, RDC and iPay support, safe deposit box management, and deceased account maintenance.

It is an in-office, 38-hour-per-week position. Responsibilities include handling daily processing tasks, ensuring accurate records, assisting with IRA

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of deposit operations, payment processing, ATM services, wire transfers, IRA administration, ACH processing, Check 21 processing, and general ledger reconciliation.
• Experience with financial services platforms such as Alloya and related systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Image and maintain member, loan, IRA, and transaction documentation.
• Process domestic and international wire transfers and maintain logs.
• Cross-train and provide backup support for other Operations Coordinators.
• Process daily share draft and cash letter files.
• Perform Check 21 processing and related functions.
• Balance and reconcile general ledgers and assist IRA administration.
• Balance ATMs settlement and review iPay/RDC applications.
• Ensure compliance with BSA, Patriot Act, OFAC, and other regulations.
