Qualifications

• Strong project management skills coordinating across multiple stakeholders.

• Understanding of core financial processes and how they support operations.

Responsibilities

• Own billing, collections, and payment application for assigned accounts with accuracy and timeliness.
• Perform bank reconciliations and resolve unidentified payments across internal, customer, and bank records.
• Monitor account balances, aging, and credit limits to optimize collections and reduce risk.
• Partner cross-functionally to resolve billing issues and maintain strong account health.
• Solve complex invoicing needs for new customers and agents with high-quality support.
• Support commissions and rebate processes with accurate validation and tracking.
• Analyze account performance (margins, fees, claims) to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
• Support audits, bank exams, and month-end close to ensure accurate reporting.
• Process vendor payments with strong controls and fraud prevention practices.
• Drive automation and process improvements to streamline billing, collections, and reporting.
• Develop SOPs and escalation paths to support scalable team execution.
