You will initiate and reconcile Concur transactions, process disbursements, and manage purchase orders while collaborating with faculty, staff and students to ensure adherence to university policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent advanced learning attained through experience.
  • 1 year of relevant work experience is required.
  • 2 or more years’ experience working with financial transactions and operations (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Supports the daily operations of 3 units, through the initiation and reconciliation of various transactions in Concur, position distributions, disbursement vouchers, and purchase orders.
  • Works with internal stakeholders to ensure fiscal and operational compliance with University policies and guidelines.
  • Supports daily operations through processing and payment of utilities, gas/fuel programs, and other services.
  • Acts as a point of contact and a resource in the documentation of financial and operational procedures within a specific field of accounting.
  • Inventory custodian, staff provisioning, foundation transfers and other duties as assigned.
