Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in development and control of budget.
• Oversee order, receiving and distributing supplies/equipment.
• Handle fiscal activities: requisitions, purchase orders, inmate payroll, budget prep, expenditures.
• Manage petty cash and protect funds.
• Supervise mailroom operations as backup.
• Ensure audits of monies in special funds, meal tickets and postage accounts.
• Maintain inmate telephones and related systems.
