KerberRose S.C. in Wisconsin seeks an Accounting Associate to manage day-to-day accounts payable, vendor records, expense reimbursements, and support month-end close, billing, and general financial data maintenance.

Working with the Finance team and vendors, you will ensure accurate processing, timely payments, and compliance with firm policies, while maintaining organized records and contributing to audits and financial reporting.

Competenze

• Strong attention to detail, organization, follow-through, and written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn and work effectively within the Firm’s financial and practice-management systems.
• Understanding of basic accounting principles, internal controls, and general ledger activity.

Mansioni

• Monitors the Accounts Payable inbox and responds to or routes invoices, payment inquiries, and other requests.
• Reviews, codes, and processes invoices and payment requests for accuracy, appropriate approval, supporting documentation, and compliance with Firm policies.
• Processes employee expense reimbursements, ensuring required receipts, approvals, and supporting documentation are complete and appropriate.
• Establishes and maintains accurate vendor records, including Forms W-9, Certificates of Insurance, ACH information, and other required documentation.
• Communicates with vendors and internal team members to resolve invoice discrepancies, payment inquiries, missing documentation, and other accounts payable issues.
