Job summary

CATALIS is seeking a detail-oriented financial operations professional to support Florida’s prepaid programs in our Tallahassee office. The role will handle reconciliations, reporting, and vendor oversight, ensuring compliance and efficient processes.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree (preferred) and several years of accounting/finance experience, with strong Excel skills, analytical ability, and leadership aptitude. This on-site role offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in accounting, financial reporting/analysis, fraud detection, or auditing/investigation.
• Minimum 5 years in business process analysis.

Responsibilities

• Financial Operations & Reconciliation: manage check/ACH distributions and reconciliations.
• Process Improvement & Risk Management: evaluate workflows and controls to streamline operations.
• Reporting & Analysis: produce ad hoc, daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Vendor & Contract Oversight: manage vendor relationships and contracts.
• Audit & Compliance Support: assist in audit documentation and testing responses.
• Customer & Client Support: resolve complex account issues and conduct research.
• Collaboration & Communication: partner with leadership to address issues and drive goals.
