The Obama Foundation in Chicago is seeking a Financial Analyst to support the Finance team, including the CFO. You will manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and ensure smooth information flow, helping boost efficiency and cross‑department collaboration across Procurement, FP&A, and Accounting.

The role emphasizes high‑quality customer service, accurate briefings, and timely expenses and travel processing.

Qualifications

Exceptional project management and prioritization skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with all departments while maintaining confidentiality.
Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.

Responsibilities

Calendar management for Finance team members, including CFO.
Collect and disseminate materials for internal/external meetings; draft briefing materials.
Draft meeting agendas and take minutes; distribute to staff.
Coordinate projects and track next steps to completion.
Ensure expense reimbursements are submitted accurately and on time; assist with corporate card processes.
Scan Finance mail and distribute to appropriate individuals.
Conduct research/ad hoc projects as needed; assist with policy drafting and spending analysis.
Provide warm and efficient customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Perform other duties as assigned by Finance leadership.
