Qualifications

• Excellent communication (verbal and written), organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily commission system operations, data entry, file loading, validation, and payment verification; provide first-tier inquiries support.
• Prepare and post journal entries for deposits; monitor banking activity and perform daily cash reconciliations.
• Research, troubleshoot, and resolve system-related issues; escalate complex problems as needed.
• Gather and prepare data for audits, reporting, and compliance; compile daily cash position reports.
• Support system testing and process improvements; assist with ad hoc projects to improve processes and customer experience.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks with emphasis on quality and customer service.
