Qualifications

• 10+ years in Finance & Accounting ops or related field, with at least 5 years in leadership.
• 8+ years in core Finance processes: RTR, PTP, OTC.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery across scope, service levels, quality standards, timelines, and commitments.
• Establish governance, monitor performance, resolve escalations, and drive improvements.
• Lead automation, analytics, AI to modernize Finance ops and improve outcomes.
• Oversee large multi-year programs with governance, plans, and risk management.
• Lead, coach, and develop multi-location teams; foster inclusive culture.
• Identify opportunities to expand services; contribute to proposals and commercial talks.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and influence strategy.
