Job summary

Deloitte's Finance Operate team seeks a Manager, Solution Delivery to help grow Controllership / Record-to-Report managed services for Life Sciences & Health Care. You will shape client solutions, support sales pursuits, and lead mobilization and delivery excellence.

This role requires accounting expertise, experience with managed services, industry knowledge, and strong leadership. You will travel about 50%, mentor teams, and drive continuous improvement across finance operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
10+ years in accounting, financial reporting, controllership, or record-to-report.
6+ years in managed services, shared services, or outsourced delivery.
6+ years in Life Sciences & Health Care industry experience.
Experience leading solutioning, transition, mobilization, or delivery for finance managed services.
Travel approximately 50% on average.
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Architect and shape managed services solutions for Controllership/Record-to-Report in Life Sciences & Health Care.
Lead business development activities, proposals, client presentations, and RFP responses for Finance Operate opportunities.
Manage Finance Operate deal flow, pipeline visibility, and solution coordination.
Lead or support engagement mobilization, governance setup, transition planning, and service delivery.
Drive standardization, automation, and technology enablement across finance operations engagements.
Collaborate across teams and mentor others to ensure quality outcomes.
