Job summary

Perfect Matching is seeking an experienced finance/accounting professional to create and implement financial policies, monitor budgets, and perform cash flow analysis. The role covers accounts receivable/payable, record reconciliation, and preparing regular financial reports.

A minimum of 3 years' experience and strong analytical skills are required, with attention to detail. English and Dutch communication is preferred.

Qualifications

• MBO+/Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement financial policies to ensure operational efficiency.
• Monitor the preparation and planning of budgets.
• Cash flow analysis.

• Ensure that financial records are kept up-to-date with the latest transactions and changes.
• Review all bank deposits and payments to assist in reconciling bank accounts.
• Conduct periodic financial analyses to identify and resolve issues.
• Prepare daily, monthly, and annual financial reports.
• Inventory analysis, including physical counting and year-end adjustments.
