Job summary

Perfect Matching is seeking an experienced finance/accounting professional to create and implement financial policies, monitor budgets, and perform cash flow analysis. The role covers accounts receivable/payable, record reconciliation, and preparing regular financial reports.

A minimum of 3 years' experience and strong analytical skills are required, with attention to detail. English and Dutch communication is preferred.

Qualifications

MBO+/Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes.
Excellent analytical and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in English and Dutch).
Team player with a Safety-First mindset.

Responsibilities

Create and implement financial policies to ensure operational efficiency.
Monitor the preparation and planning of budgets.
Cash flow analysis.
Accounts receivable functions.
Accounts payable functions.
Ensure that financial records are kept up-to-date with the latest transactions and changes.
Review all bank deposits and payments to assist in reconciling bank accounts.
Conduct periodic financial analyses to identify and resolve issues.
Prepare daily, monthly, and annual financial reports.
Inventory analysis, including physical counting and year-end adjustments.
