Job summary

National Black MBA Association is launching a Finance MBA Rotation Program designed to develop future leaders over two-year rotations at NJ/PA locations. Participants will gain exposure to forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis while rotating through finance and global support functions.

Upon completion, participants apply for a post-rotation role. The program emphasizes leadership, diversity, and inclusion, with mentoring, networking, and senior management exposure throughout.

Qualifications

• MBA completed by May 2027 (or in progress)
• Minimum 5 years of professional work experience preferred
• Demonstrated integrity and teamwork in a professional environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and oral communication with stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Assist in forecasting, reporting, and analyzing operating results
• Support capital structure decisions and manage currency/financial risks
• Contribute to process improvement and operational risk management
• Participate in evaluating business strategies and capital investments
