Job summary

Elanco is seeking an Enterprise Finance Master Data Steward to own finance master data quality and governance. You will collaborate with business and IT to define data elements, rules, and standards, and drive data quality improvements across the enterprise.

The role reports to the Enterprise Data Office and requires deep data governance expertise, collaboration across stakeholders, and a focus on delivering trusted, actionable data for business decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data, Process, or related field preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in a relevant business function (e.g., Finance, Manufacturing, Commercial, Supply Chain).
• Strong knowledge of data governance, data quality, metadata management, and data stewardship.
• Experience with data cataloguing tools (e.g., Collibra) and data quality software.

Responsibilities

• Own finance master data quality and governance.
• Define and document critical data elements, rules, and standards in the data catalogue.
• Monitor data quality, establish rules and metrics, and drive root-cause remediation.
