LionsBot USA is seeking a Finance Manager to own the full finance and accounting function for our North American subsidiary. This role leads monthly closes, reporting, and profitability analysis, while coordinating with LionsBot International in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of accounting/finance experience, with at least 2 years as the most senior on-site.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle NetSuite or comparable platforms.
• Excellent knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial compliance requirements.
• Experience with U.S. multi-state statutory compliance, tax filings, and payroll.
• Advanced MS Excel skills and financial modeling.
• Authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
• Pre-employment checks including background checks.

Responsabilités

• Own the full month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close process and deliver a clean management package to leadership and HQ.
• Prepare and present quarterly management packs and support executive presentations.
• Coordinate with LionsBot International finance team in Singapore for group reporting and consolidation.
• Maintain cash flow forecasts and manage AR, AP, and intercompany transactions.
• Provide pricing and profitability analysis to support strategic decisions.
