Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in accounting, finance, treasury, or a related field.
• Strong accounting background with experience in financial reporting and analysis.
• Public accounting experience preferred, particularly with manufacturing clients.
• Combination of public accounting and corporate finance or industry accounting experience highly preferred.
• Experience with treasury operations, cash management, or cash flow forecasting.
• Exposure to mergers and acquisitions, financial due diligence, or acquisition integration is a plus.
• Experience in a manufacturing or similarly complex business environment.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with ability to evaluate trends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily treasury activities including cash positioning and liquidity monitoring.
• Prepare and review daily cash reconciliations for accurate records.
• Develop and maintain cash flow forecasts for planning.
• Analyze working capital trends and cash requirements.
• Maintain relationships with banking partners and external financial stakeholders.
• Assist with consolidated financial statements across entities and intercompany eliminations.
• Collaborate with accounting teams to ensure timely reporting.
• Support due diligence and integration related to acquisitions.
• Prepare financial reports and presentations for executives and stakeholders.
• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning initiatives.
