We are seeking a proactive and adaptable Finance Manager to join MARI's Tennis Events Group. Based in Miami Gardens, Florida, this role will be a key finance partner across a portfolio of international tennis events, including the Rio Open, DC Open, São Paulo Open, the U.S. activities for the Chengdu and Hong Kong Opens, and approximately 50% support for the Miami Open.
Reporting to the Finance Director, Miami Gardens, you'll work closely with Event Directors, Operations teams and senior event leadership, providing clear and timely financial information to support effective business decision-making.
You'll take ownership of event financial planning, budgeting, cash flow, scenario analysis and reporting, while ensuring the Finance Director has a clear view of financial performance, risks and opportunities across the portfolio.
This is a full-time role based in Miami Gardens, FL, with standard working hours of Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm. The role will occasionally require work outside standard hours or at weekends during events.
The salary range for this role is $80,000 - $95,000. Salary is determined by market data, experience, location, and internal banding. Ranges will be discussed transparently during the interview process.
