Job summary

Aristocrat Gaming is seeking a seasoned Program Management/Strategy professional to support the Global Strategy Delivery team in Las Vegas. You will assist with implementing group-wide strategic initiatives, perform financial analyses, and track project outcomes in collaboration with cross-functional partners.

You will prepare concise, data-driven presentations for senior leaders, define and govern pivotal initiatives, and monitor risks to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery aligned with business

Qualifications

• 5+ years in consulting, corporate transformations, corporate finance, or similar analytical roles with PM focus.
• Strong academic background in finance, business, economics, or related field.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in consulting, corporate transformations, corporate finance, or similar analytical roles with emphasis on Program Management
• Strong academic background (degree or equivalent experience in finance, business, economics, or a related field)
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with strong attention to detail
• Critical decision‑making and judgment capabilities
• Strong communication and presentation skills, able to engage with team members at all levels
• Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn with a low‑ego, team‑oriented approach
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize actions
• Deep experience in program management, including managing complex program delivery with cross‑functional teams
