Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Health Administration, or related field or equivalent education/experience.
• 5 years of experience working in surgical services.
• 5 years supervisory/management experience.
• 3 years operational performance improvement and/or project management experience.
• 3 years financial management experience, or graduate level finance coursework.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evaluate business processes and initiatives for Surgical Services to ensure efficient use of financial resources.
• Monitor capital allocations and conduct cost-benefit analyses.
• Prepare and manage financial reports and budgets for Surgical Services.
• Lead adherence to project management methodologies and PH&S policies.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify cost-savings opportunities and optimize supplies, instruments, and equipment.
