Qualifications

• 1-3 years of management experience.
• CPA or CMA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a professional finance team, identifying and communicating key responsibilities to promote confidence in leadership and achieve business results.
• Develop department policies, processes, procedures and practices to streamline work and align programs with company goals.
• Assist in developing and executing strategic and operational plans and measure results that drive long-range financial and business plans.
• Collaborate to create and implement processes and tools for improved financial and strategic planning, budgets and quarterly forecasts.
• Analyze competitors and market trends to generate strategic recommendations and quantify opportunities and risks.
