Job summary

AllianceHealth Durant is seeking a Manager of Finance to lead financial operations across the facility, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis to support informed decision-making and optimize financial performance.

You will collaborate with leadership to drive cost controls, implement internal controls, and ensure compliance with GAAP and healthcare regulations while guiding revenue cycle initiatives and strategic planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field required or Four (4) plus years of direct experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's Degree preferred
• 2-4 years of experience in closely related field with Bachelor's degree required
• 2-4 years of previous leadership experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Manages financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and variance analysis.
• Prepares and analyzes financial statements, performance metrics, and key financial indicators to provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Oversees the development and execution of financial plans, ensuring operational and strategic objectives are met.
• Ensures compliance with financial policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements, including GAAP and healthcare financial regulations.
• Collaborates with department leaders to provide financial guidance, monitor expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Develops and implements internal controls and financial policies to maintain accuracy and integrity in financial reporting.
• Leads financial audits and works with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance and transparency in financial reporting.
• Supports revenue cycle management initiatives, including billing, collections, and reimbursement optimization.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Maintains regular and reliable attendance.
• Complies with all policies and standards.
